Call for Annual progress reports and financial statements

All projects granted support under the EnPe-programme must provide the EnPe secretariat with an annual progress report and a financial statement for the activities in the previous year.

Both the Institution in Norway (IiN) and the Institution outside Norway (IoN) has a joint responsibility to contribute to the reporting process and to provide accurate information. The Agreement Partner has the overall reponsibility for coordinating the reporting, and for submitting a complete annual progress report and financial statement to the EnPe secretariat within the deadline.

Please be aware that all significant deviations from the original activity plan or the budget have to be duly explained for the report to be approved by the EnPe programme board.

Final report and financial statement

The deadline for the final report for the entire EnPe II period is March 30th 2021. Link to the electronic report system as well as excel reporting sheets will be sent by email in December.
